Our client wanted to build an online platform that allowed users to rent designer clothing for events, weddings and occasions — without the commitment of purchasing. The core challenge was building a marketplace that managed real-time inventory, rental periods, deposit handling and logistics coordination between renters and garment owners.

Barquecon designed and developed a full-stack web and mobile application for the rental marketplace. We implemented a real-time availability calendar, automated deposit and refund workflows, in-app messaging between renters and listers, and an admin panel for inventory management. The platform was built with scalability in mind to support multiple cities.
